Ingredients

    London Broil, 22 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 3 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Flour Tortillas, 10 tortilla (approx 7-8 inches

Directions

Stir all filling ingredients into the slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or HIGH 3-4 hours

Toppings: Low fat cheddar cheese, low fat sour cream, Salsa, Hot pepper sauce, Guacamole
