Chicken and Bacon

Introduction

Very simple and easy to make, little mess, and very filling along with rice and vegetables. Very simple and easy to make, little mess, and very filling along with rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 Can of Campbell's Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    9 Slices of Bacon

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put the chicken in a small baking pan and cut across the chicken half way through so that it makes a bowl.
3. Stuff each chicken breast with two slices of bacon.
4. Fill the rest of the chicken pockets up with the cream of mushroom soup.
5. Cut the rest of the slices of bacon in half and place across the chicken.
6. Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes and voila! You are done.
