Mom's MeatLoaf

Introduction

4 individual loaves with sauce on top 4 individual loaves with sauce on top
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Loaf:
    1lb ground turkey
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

    Sauce:
    1 cup Ketchup
    3 Tbsp Mustard
    3 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Mix all of the loaf ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into 4 loaf sized portions and place them in a 13x9 baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes in 375 degree oven.

While meatloaves cook, mix together sauce ingredients. When the meatloaf is done, pour some sauce over the top once you have plated them.
