    1 avocado (flesh only cut into chunks
    1/3 cup low fat unflovoured yogurt
    1 tsp chicken stock powder
    1 tsp lemon or lime juice
    fresh leaves of parsley, coriander, mint as liked

Directions

In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until smooth.
