This recipe can be prepared quickly in the morning by mixing the dry and wet ingredients separately the night before. Combine and pop in the oven as soon as you get up. Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup raisins (or other chopped dried fruit)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in separate bowl, then add to oat mixture and stir well. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 25 minutes. Scoop out desired amount and add to a bowl of warm milk. Enjoy!
