Ingredients


    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp
    Egg white, 1 (or whole egg)
    Dannon, Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla Cream Yogurt, 4 oz,
    Blueberries, frozen

    Note:
    Milk or cream can be substitutied for yogurt. You can also add cinnamon.

Directions

Mix flax, blueberries,egg white and water. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. It could get a little cooked around the edges. Mix in rest of ingredients well.,
