Introduction

My mother made this for us when I was growing up. She used cut up fryer, for fat and calorie reasons I use tenders. It's less fat and cooks faster. My mother made this for us when I was growing up. She used cut up fryer, for fat and calorie reasons I use tenders. It's less fat and cooks faster.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup minute rice
    20 oz. of chicken tenders
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% FF)
    1 pkg. dry lipton onion soup
    1 soup can of water (10 3/4 oz.)

Directions

Spray dish with Olive Oil Spray. Place uncooked chicken tenders in bottom of dish. Mix rice, soups and water together. Pour over tenders. Cover, and bake at 350 for around 30-40 mins. or until dish reaches temp. of 160.
