Ingredients

    ~ 1/2 cup Egg Beaters with Yolk
    ~ 2/5 slices (1 serving) of Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon
    ~ 1/4 cup Kraft 2% Mexican Cheddar Jack Cheese

Directions

Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Put egg beaters in pan and cook thoroughly. Tear up bacon and put into eggs. Melt cheese over eggs and bacon and serve.
