IntroductionA yummy low-fat dessert! A yummy low-fat dessert!
â€¢ 2 - 16 ounce packages unsweetened frozen peaches
â€¢ 2 tablespoons cornstarch
â€¢ 2 teaspoons lemon juice
â€¢ 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
â€¢ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
â€¢ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
â€¢ 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
â€¢ 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
â€¢ 3 tablespoons margarine, softened
â€¢ 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
Mix sugar, flour and spices and stir in oats and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
