Mushrooms, fresh, 12 medium
Clams, canned, meat only, .5 cup chopped
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Egg white, 1 serving
Lemon Juice, .25 lemon yield
Garlic, 1 clove minced
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
Spoon into caps - top with additional parm cheese and red pepper flakes if you'd like.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes until bubbly.
