Introduction

This is soo yummy and easy to make! This is soo yummy and easy to make!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 cup of non-fat milk
    sugar free sweetener to taste

Directions

Blend in blender on highest speed until most of berries are smashed and mixture is thick. Pour in bowl and enjoy!
