Skillet Dijon Chicken

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 TB. olive oil
    2 TB. dijon mustard
    2 TB. soy sauce
    garlic

Directions

1. Heat garlic and oil in skillet.
2. Add chicken and brown each side.
3. Mix soy sauce and mustard, pour over chicken.
4. Simmer chicken in sauce until done.

Makes 3 servings.

Very good with brown rice or over cornbread.
