Pork, veg, and noodles, Kim's

Introduction

cubed pork, frozen mixed veggies, gravy mix and primavera rotini cubed pork, frozen mixed veggies, gravy mix and primavera rotini
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb lean pork loin, cubed
    2-2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup water
    1 pkg mushroom gravy mix
    8 ounces dry rotini primavera

Directions

spray pan with cooking spray, add cubed pork loin and cook about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Add 2-2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer until vegetables are warmed through and pork completes cooking, about another 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare 8 ounces of dry pasta according to package directions. The last step is to add the package of dry gravy mix and mix into the pork and vegetable mixture, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over the noodles.
