    Actually, the author very obviously just copied and pasted the ingredients from the "add ingredient" list for the nutrition information. Beside each ingredient is a link to remove it from the recipe. The wording got copied; the HTML did not. - 3/22/09

    It's a cute joke I guess some didn't catch it. Remove means you don't put it in and you just freeze the yogurt and eat the leftovers, the nuts etc, which I think may be a little too rich for anyone . - 3/22/09
