Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 tbsp, grated
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 1 tbsp
    Campbell's chicken broth, .25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, .25 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Oregano, 1 tsp
    Catelli Healthy Harvest Spaghetti (35g dry), 1 serving

Directions

First, boil you pot of water for pasta. Cook pasta until desired doneness.

Brown beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and carrots. No need to add oil as the beef will let out enough on its own. In a bowl, mix tomato paste, broth and spices. Pour over browned meat. Simmer for about 20 minutes. If it's too thick, add more broth or even water. Mix with pasta and serve with pickled vegetables on the side.
