IntroductionThis is the best Gluten Free Pizza I have made so far. This is the best Gluten Free Pizza I have made so far.
1 - Ians Pizza kit, do not use the enclosed sauce.
8oz. of fresh Mozzarella Cheese
6 - cloves of Garlic, Minced
10 - baby Portabella Mushrooms
1/2 of an Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons of Oregano
1 Tablespoon of black pepper
Make pizza dough according to directions.
Spray non stick oil on 8x12 inch baking pan.
Spread dough on pan.
Spread minced garlic over dough.
Distribute chopped mushrooms and onions evenly.
Add cheese, spreading evenly over whole pie.
Sprinkle pepper and oregano on top and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool and cut into 8 pieces.
Serves 4 @ 2 slices each.
