Introduction

Nut-Free Homemade Granola - great w/ yogurt Nut-Free Homemade Granola - great w/ yogurt
Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    4 cups quaker oats
    1 cup unsweetened coconut
    1 cup dried fruit (I like cherries or craisins)
    .5 cups wheat germ
    3 tblspns canola oil
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup molasses
    1 tblspn water
    tsp vanilla
    tsp cinnamon
    tsp ginger

Directions

Makes 26 1/4 cup servings
Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl
simmer rest of ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes. Note: you can switch around your liquids - try maple syrup or all honey if you want. Do keep at least some oil.
Mix ingredients together and bake in oven at 275 for 20 - 30 minutes. Stir once or twice.
Yummy!
