Shrimp Pasta with Asparagus & Red Peppers

Ingredients

3/4 pound Barilla Plus Angel Hair Pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic
20 asparagus, cut 2" diagonally
2 med red peppers, diced
1 lb large shrimp or prawns
3/4 cup white wine
Kosher salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, light
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions, slightly al dente.
Heat oil in lage skillet, add garlic and saute, do not brown. Add white wine, shrimp, red peppers & asparagus, salt and red peppers flakes. Simmer until shrimp is opague, 2-3 minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
Drain pasta and mix with shrimp mixture in skillet.
