Ingredients

    1 15oz can no salt added kidney or pinto beans, drained
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons onion flakes
    1/4 cup barbecue suace

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and cook additional 5 minutes. Yeilds: 4 (3/4 cup) servings
