Feels good in the belly! It is great for taking the edge off of hunger and feeds the whole house. Makes 20 servings 1 cup (I use a 5 quart crockpot) Eat this soup within 3 days of making it. Ingredients

    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 16.oz bag (frozen)
    Green Beans (snap), 16.oz bag (frozen)
    Peas, frozen, 16.oz bag (frozen)
    Carrots, raw, 16.oz bag (frozen)
    Broccoli, fresh, 16.oz bag (frozen)
    *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 16.oz
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 14.5 oz cans
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, .5 small
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes 20 Servings. Serving size = 1 cup

Dice celery, potatoes and onions, combine with all other ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until potatoes are soft when you fork them.
