Chocolate Yogurt Loaf

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    6 cups flour
    1 tbs baking powder
    1 tbs baking soda
    2 cups white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder (I used 1 cup of dark chocolate 1 cup milk chocolate_
    1 cup of water or black coffee
    4 eggs
    4 egg whites
    2 cups plain low fat yogurt

Directions

preheat oven to 350

Cream the crisco and sugat in a bowl

Combine the water or coffee wtih the cocoa and combine

Add eggs and egg whites to the sugar and mix

combine the flour with the baking soda and baking powder.

Add in batches to the sugar/crisco/egg/cocolate mixture

Add the yogurt and remaining flour.

Pour into prepared loaf pans (Makes 3 large loaf pans)

bake at 350 til done - about 45 minutes
