Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can kidney beans or chili beans
    1 large can tomatoes (28 ounces)
    1 package commercial chili mix

Directions

Brown the turkey in a large pan sprayed with Pam until broken apart and browned. Add the green pepper and onion, reduce the heat,and cover. Cook over medium heat until the peppers are tender. Add the beans, tomatoes and chili mix. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Makes four servings.
