Introduction

This is a super yummy easy crockpot recipe. You prepare it in the morning come home and its ready to go at night! This is a super yummy easy crockpot recipe. You prepare it in the morning come home and its ready to go at night!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Boneless Chuck Steak
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tbs. sugar
    2 tbs. oil ( I used canola oil)
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 garlic clove (crushed)

Directions

Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in slow-cooking pot. Pour sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Can serve with Rice or on pita's.
