Ingredients

    1 c. Frozen 3 berry Mix
    1 container Light FF Vanilla Yogurt
    Syntrax nectar Whey Protein Isolate - Caribbean Cooler flavor
    1/2 c water

Directions

Put everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
