Ingredients

Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup
Margarine-like spread, 8 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup (about 3-4 bananas)
Milk, 1% .5 cup
Cider Vinegar, .5 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Flour, white, 2.5 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 350*, Grease bottoms of 4 small loaf pans.
Mix sugar and margarine. Stir in eggs until well-blended. Add mashed bananas, Pour milk and vinegar into a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes, then add to mix. Add vanilla. Mix.
Pour into pans. Bake until woooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
Serving is one slice, 1/2 inch thick.
