1 cup sliced Zucchini
2 cups green beans (cut)
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
4 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup sweet red pepper sliced
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic minced
2 Lamb burger patties, cooked & cubed
1/2 cup of Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce (Renee's gourmet)
Add onions & garlic to fry pan, cook til carmelized.
Add remainder of vegetables and lamb.
Cook until el dente or to your liking.
Serve on a bed of rice (not included in the nutrition value)
