1lb jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
2 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS sesame oil
2 cloves garlic pressed
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Combine juice, oil, garlic, ginger, and mix well.
Place shrimp in bowl; pur marinade over and mix well. Cover and regrigerate several hours or overnight. Place wooden skewers in dish, and allow to soak for same amount of time.
Skewer shrimp. Place skewers on hot, lightly greased gril and cook for 3-5 minutes, brushing with marinade while cooking. Shrimp will be pink in color and cooked through.
