Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    2 cups water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
    2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
    1 cup chopped cooked chicken or ham
    1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
    1 medium red or green pepper, chopped

Directions

Mix water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool.
Add chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
