Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef
    1 packet Lipton Soup mix (onion mushroom)
    2 can Cream of Celery Soup, 98% fat free
    2 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, low fat
    24 oz tater tots

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Cook beef in skillet until brown. Add lipton's soup mix and stir. Add in cream of celery soup and stir. Add in spinach and peas and stir. Place meat mixture in 9'x13' greased pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with tater tots. Cook for 35 minutes. Makes 14, 1 cup servings.
