Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce
Honey, .3 cup
warm Water,1 cup (8 fl oz) 105-110 degrees
Milk, 1%, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.5 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup
Punch it down and divide into 3 equal pieces. Roll/knead dough until it fits into a bread pan. Place in bread pans sprayed with non stick spray. Allow to rise until doubled in pans. About another hour.
Cook at 375 until golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. About 20 minutes.
