Salmon Marinade

Introduction

Use half to marinade fish and half for sauce after fish is cooked. Use half to marinade fish and half for sauce after fish is cooked.

Ingredients

    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 6 cloves

Directions

Finely dice garlic. Whisk olive oil and soy sauce together. Add mustard and whisk to emulsify. Add garlic. Spread on salmon and marinate for up to 30 minutes, skin side down. Bake fish until it flakes. Serve rest of sauce on the side.
