Ingredients

    1 cup corn meal
    1 cup white flour
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup corn oil

Directions

mix dry ingredients together. mix liquid ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well. Spray a 9x9 pan with pam. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
