Ingredients

1lb extra lean ground beef
2 tsp. margarine
3 medium carrots, chopped
4 medium celery stalks, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 can green beans, drained
1 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Chopped Purple Onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 Cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup of Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large frying pan saute chopped carrots, chopped celery and 1/4 cup of chopped onion in 2 tsp. margarine until browned and slightly softened. Set aside.
Brown Ground beef, the other 1/4 cup of onion & garlic powder
While beef is browning mix Bisquick and water to form a dough. (add water gradually as needed for dough)
Press dough into the bottom of a 9x9 glass baking dish
Once beef is browned add hot sauce, soy sauce, sauted veggies, can of drained green beans, and chopped tomato into beef.
In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with egg
Pour beef and veggie mixture on top of dough in pan
Pour Cottage Cheese mixture over beef and veggie mixture
Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes
Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
