1 cup raisins (or any dried fruit works well)
4 cups dry oats (oatmeal)
1 cup all bran
11/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)
2 tblsp vanilla
1 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine all ingrdients.
Spread thinly on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until crunchy
