Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and wine together and set aside. Add bok choy to skillet and saute until leaves are wilted. Add soy mixture and cook another few minutes. Serve.
very good and easy to make with ingredients on hand! Only I cooked the bok choy in a little water instead of the olive oil and drained it before adding sesame oil, etc. later on. The water I drained, about 1/4 c. was delicious to just drink!
Husband and I both loved this. The first time we had Bok Choy and really enjoyed it. A few subs I made were Braggs liquid aminos for the soy sauce. Used 1/2 tsp of sesame oil instead of 1 tsp and added a tsp of toasted sesame seeds, white vinegar for the white wine. Definite make again, thanks!
