My California Fish Tacos

Introduction

A healthier twist on one of my fave foods. A healthier twist on one of my fave foods.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Salmon Pattie from Trader Joes
    2 Low carb small tortillas
    about 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    about less than 1/2 avocado
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
    cumin
    Fat free sour cream (optional)
    Salsa (optional)

Directions

Season the Salmon patty with a little bit of salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Put in a small frying pan with about a 1/2 an inch of water. Cook until it begins to flake. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste. Warm up your tortillas. Finely shred the cabbage and slice avocado. Top tortillas with salmon, avocado and cabbage. You can top with a fat free sour cream if you choose and my delicious homemade salsa.
