1 head (or 1 bag frozen) Cauliflower, cut into flourettes
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
3 each Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
1 Cup Celery, diced
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
2. Combine next 5 ingredients.
3. Toss all ingredients together and chill at least an hour before service.
