something i created at home--just your basic chicken dish really... something i created at home--just your basic chicken dish really...
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    * White Rice, long grain, .75 cup
    * Premium Red Gold Diced Tomatoes w/chilies, 1 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    * Pepper, black, .75 tbsp
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup

Directions

mix milk and cream of soup into casserole dish. add pepper, chicken, rice, and tomatoes. Stir well.
Bake at 375F 50-60mins until rice is tender.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Put bake in oven for 5-10 mins or until cheese is melted.
