4 cups rhubarb cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Wisk together eggs and lemon juice
Pour into pie shell
Bake at 400 for 15 min
Then bake at 350 for 40 min
