    15 oz. whole kernal corn, drained
    15 oz. black beans, drained
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    2 tbsp. green bell pepper
    2 tbsp. red bell pepper
    1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Enjoy. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
