A family tradition tweaked A family tradition tweaked
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
    1/2 tsp. Paprika
1.5 lbs. Chinook or other Salmon

Directions

Melt butter at medium heat in a small sauce pan. Add onions, dill, garlic, and paprika to the butter; cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Fold the sides of a piece of aluminum foil up so that it forms a tray, just a bit bigger than your piece of salmon; place salmon on the foil. Pour the onion mixture over the salmon and barbeque on low for approximately 20 minutes, or until the center of the fish flakes. Serve.
