Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
2 tsp Red hot rooster sauce (Sriracha Sauce)
    1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
    1 TBS Garlic powder
    2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
3 Bell Peppers, asst. colors (red, yellow, orange)
    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    1 TBS Sugar
    4 cloves Garlic
    Taco Shells

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine Ground Turkey, Sriracha Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika and Garlic powder.

2. In a large skillet sautee garlic, onion and bell peppers for approximately 5 minutes, or until they soften slightly. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Add Turkey mixture to pan and cook on high heat until all meat is browned, stirring to prevent burning.

4. Add onion, pepper and garlic mixture into the skillet with turkey meat. Mix to combine.

5. Add lemon juice and sugar to skillet, lower heat to medium high and allow to cook for approximately 15 minutes.

6. While meat is cooking, heat up hard taco shells according to directions in a pre-heated oven.

7. Transfer mixture to bowl and serve.

Topping suggestions: Salsa, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onion, shredded lettuce, taco cheese mix, no-fat PLAIN yogurt (in place of sour cream!)

Makes approximately 32 tacos, based on 1 TBS of meat mixture per hard taco.
