Paula's Fried Squash

Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini
    1 small yellow squash
    2 slices onion
    1/4 red bell pepper
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    sprinkle of basil & paprika
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Slice all vegetables. Heat oil in skillet. Add all ingredients to skillet, cook until tender, stirring frequently. Cover with lid for a few minutes if you need vegetables to cook quicker.
