Number of Servings: 6


    Ground beef, extra lean, 1.25 lbs.
    Egg, 1 large
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    Quick Oats, 1/8 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Onions, 2 Tbsp, chopped
    Basil, 1/2 Tbsp (remov
    Ketchup, 6 Tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp, unpacked


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Bake at 400* for 45-50 minutes until cooked through.
