Introduction

Yummy fresh fruit salsa to serve one of a thousand ways...with baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips, cinnamon raisin bagel chips, graham crackers, in yogurt, over low-fat ice cream, etc. Yummy fresh fruit salsa to serve one of a thousand ways...with baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips, cinnamon raisin bagel chips, graham crackers, in yogurt, over low-fat ice cream, etc.

Ingredients

    2 lbs Strawberries
    12 oz Blackberries
    4 Kiwi
    4 Small Apples
    4 TBSP Brown Sugar
    2 TBSP Sugar
    3 TBSP Fruit preserves

Directions

Dice all fruits into 1/8-1/4 inch dice. Mix together with sugars and preserves. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

This recipe makes 12+ cups (48 1/4 cup servings) but can easily be cut in half, or frozen in smaller portions.


Homemade tortilla chips - cut flour tortillas into wedges, spray with butter flavor Pam and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then bake for 8-10 minutes at 375* (Not included in nutrition information)
