    *Hodgson Mill Oat Bran hot cereal, 0.75 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.75 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, .25 cup
    Baking Powder, .75 tsp
    Baking Soda, .75 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup, 111 grams
    All Whites Egg Whites Liquid, 0.75 cup or 4 egg whites
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray 6 mini loaf pans with nonstick spray, or grease and flour.

Blend together dry ingredients, add egg whites, applesauce, mashed bananas and mix well.

Fold in walnuts.

Spoon batter into muffin cups and let stand 10 minutes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
