Quick Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 c. vegetable broth
    2 c. kroger (or similar) vegetable soup mix (contains: carrots, potatoes, onions, peas, lima beans, green beans, okra, corn and celery)
    1 tbsp. dried marjoram
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. dried ground sage
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a 2 qt. saucepan, combine tomato sauce, water, broth and seasonings.

Bring to a boil and add frozen vegetables.

Return to a boil and reduce heat to med-low.

Cook uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
