Ingredients

1 slice of Aunt Millie's Fiber for Life bread
1/2 of a large egg or equivalent of egg beaters
1/4 cup of sugar-free vanilla pudding

Directions

Beat egg and dip bread in it. Cook as you would for french toast. When finished, spoon in some vanilla pudding and fold. Easy, no-fry version of a custard-filled doughnut! (vanilla pudding can also be replaced with any flavor sugar-free pudding, or even with some sugar-free jelly as a great, healthy alternative to a jelly doughnut! Or even whipped cream!) Enjoy!!!!
