tuna in water (6 oz can)
2 c. green beans (frozen works great)
1c. cooked brown rice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. tumeric
Heat cooked brown rice in tuna juice.
Heat green beans. Mix together with tuna and spices (start with less spice and add to taste) and enjoy. Variations include adding garlic powder or 1 oz. cheese (adds calories).
