Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    cooking spray
    1 Tbls dark sesame oil
    2 1/2 Tbls cidar vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbls chopped garlic (fine)
    1 1/2 Tbls chopped ginger (fine)
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/4 Lb vermicelli pasta
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cups asparagus cut on an angle 1" pieces
    1 cup sugar snap peas (frozen is ok) halved


Directions

in a small bowl whisk sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and red pepper

cook pasta as normal until al dente drain

heat lg skillet high heat spray with cooking spray
add onion, and asaragus cook for 3 minutes. add snap peas and sesame oil sauce cook 1 minute over high heat.

lower heat to med. add pasta cook stirring until heated through 2 minutes
